    I had the unfortunate (not so) pleasure of working with this company for the past several years for their janitorial services. As soon as I was too busy to pay attention, I was taken advantage of in multiple different ways. ******* had a cleaning crew show up and start cleaning after I asked him not to - then I was charged $1,470.00 for it. There were many, MANY times that the services provided were minimal or not provided at all (photos could be provided).I moved into a location next door. I was given verbal pricing of $100 more for the extra 200 square feet, then received an invoice for around $470 more than originally quoted. I asked ******* to have my carpet cleaned. I was quoted $50, but after it was done, I had to pay $100 - and the 80 square feet of carpet was only vacuumed.After having to repeatedly remind them to lock up when they leave, the police were there multiple times and I finally got charged a fine because they would not lock up properly and refused to say a few minutes until the alarm was set to ensure everything was set properly. This is never a problem with anyone else, but because it was a continued problem with them I asked them to stay the 60 seconds until the alarm was set. They were unable to do even that.After I told ******* that I was cancelling services after this month, he decided to terminate our services immediately - after my check for the month had been cashed.

    I contacted them for drywall work in my home. They came out right away and offered a fair and realistic quote for the work to be done. The drywall crew showed up on time, finished the job on time and work was excellent. They cleaned up at the end of each day. They were very easy to work with. I would use them again, and have already recommended their services to others.
