    I was a reseller for them until they retroactively raised my rates to the point they started charging me to sell their service. Their announcement said one thing and they are doing something else. Ive never been in a situation where the company you sell for starts to steal from you but thanks to *** I can now say that I have been victimized by a partner

    We are currently a customer of *******, a company owned by **********************. ******* is a payment processor. We are going to be migrating to a new payment processor and as part of that process we want the option to securely transfer customer payment information between the two companies. This is a secure transfer as both companies are PCI compliant. This is not an uncommon request as it is done regularly in the industry. ******* first would not agree to the secure transfer. After months of discussion back and forth, they agreed to and yet we are still waiting for a sample file with 10 records on it. We need this file to ensure the transfer will be smooth before we request a larger file. Each time we ask for an update we are told that developers are out of the office and are told we'll get an update "next week". This discussion has been taking place since July 2024.We believe ******* is intentionally prolonging this process to prevent us from changing vendors, and that are trying to find a way to deny us the file of our customer data.
