  *** Humane Wildlife provided me with excellent service with a racoon problem when I really needed it. I live in a poorly maintained one story house in a western suburb of Chicago. The house had significant damage to the soffits and gutters, and there wa a racoon sized hole in the roof. And about 10 racoons were visiting my attic, a few each night. I had to get rid of the racoons before therepairs could be done.. *** wildlife solved that problem. They visited my house and set up 2 traps, and, over the course of a few weeks they trapped all the animals. And, now the repairs have been done. Working with *** Wildlife was a pleasure. WQhenever I saw an animal in a trap, they would come out and remove it within a few hours. And the technicians who did the work and the telephone staff were all engaging and efficient. And the cost was very reasonable.I would certainly use*** Wildlife again in the future if I had more animal problems.

  I hired these people years ago to remove a squirrel from my attic. They proceeded to put a smorsgabord of food on my roof to trap it. Took several times - running up about $400.00 but sending me random invoices that made no sense. Asked for an explanation and never got one. The squirrel was finally caught. But they kept putting the cage back on the roof!!! I think they wanted to feed every single one on my block. I told them to get trap off my roof. NOW. Squirrels never came back. They could have eaten for weeks!!! Fast forward..few years later.. I had birds nesting above my laundry room - having gotten in thru an air vent. I asked Wildlife to come out to remove them. I was told I had to identify the birds!! I had to take pictures to authorize their removal?? Certain birds could not be trapped.. etc. etc. etc. according to them. And they couldn't come out for nearly 2 wks!!!!! I called another company who came out THE NEXT DAY and got those birds. I would NEVER call *** WILDLIFE AGAIN........ NEVER.

  *** were lifesavers, my neighbor used them for raccoons, giving me confidence they could handle my Groundhog issue. Very easy, super turnkey, I didnt have to be home for trap updates. Professional and so helpful.

  Professional and responsive. Technician arrived within a few hours, was very knowledgable and quickly removed dead animal from underneath my deck, Cost was explained upfront so there were no surprises regarding charge. Would highy recommend them.

  I engaged ABC Wildlife in 2022 to help me with a bat issue with my admittedly large house. In previous years I had problems with other critters finding a way into the attic and causing damage. Before providing an estimate, ABC Wildlife came to my house and performed a deep analysis of all of the issues (there were lots). They created a comprehensive report with photos of all of the holes / issues and listed in detail their recommendations. The work was of such a high standard that I decided to use them and frankly they have exceeded my expectations. They performed most of the remediation work in 2022 and left special bat gates that allowed the bats in the attic to exit but not get back in. In 2023 they reached out to complete the work and spent a lot of time making it perfect. I assumed they would just pull the traps but instead they replaced and painted (color matched) all of the trim impacted by the traps. Their teams were super friendly and all had a great sense of humor (which demonstrates they have a great company culture). I wouldn't hesitate to use them again and recommend them strongly.

  Great experience, know exactly what they are doing and took care of our bird elimination issues ethically and efficiently. Love these guys and relieved we found them.
