    Due to the firing of their employee early November, 2023, our community has had no property manager. It's very difficult to get questions answered or issues resolved. If it's in the contract that the management company walk the community, that isn't being done. If it's in the contract that the management company attend HOA meetings, they missed the last 2. They sent out an application to homeowners who wish to run for the board at the upcoming election and only gave 14 days to return said application. Our declaration clearly states 21 days for the application to be returned. This leads me to believe they are not checking with the association attorney or reading the declaration and bylaws. This management company is inept and incompetent.

    They are with us 18 years and our condo in ******* ******* Park was a corrupted place with **** debt and orange notices that gas and water will be shut off as not paid. Since they helped us pulling us by ears from mud we now flourish as condo no debt all bills paid all taxes paid. They are our rescuers!!! The best there are ***** and ******* and *******. True *****s. And their lawyer ******** is an ***** too. Condos which wrote complaints must be of those who don't understand that to fix problem takes time. You cannot push the button and flooded basement will be emptied or sand bags will not fly to them after push of a button. It takes effort of both Managers and Association. Anyway we are completely satisfied and we think so highly about ****

    ABC Property Managers is a horrible company to have managing your property! They fire employees for being out a few days with sick children and keep terrible property managers that never respond to your calls or emails! They tell the receptionist to lie and say they are not in the office or they are out on a property simply to not have to speak to any of the residents or deal with any of the issues you all have at your properties! I'm not sure what is worse, the office manager letting all these girls get away with doing this? Or the fact that the property managers have zero cares for anything going on in your buildings. It is truly sad that they run the company this way and I wish everyone the best of luck with *** doing your management as it is the worst company I have worked for! The 1 star reviews online say it all. Look into better companies to actually help with your association! Take care everyone.
