    this company is terrible to work with, we have submitted so many claims and reported so many issues that they have completely ignored. Their only focus is trying to collect on as much money as possible. when it comes to situations that they are in fact liable for, the organization becomes very disrespectful, neglectant and argumentative. this company states that they will inform the owner of your situation and issues but never follow up or track your request. keep track of all your conversations with this company and remember to confirm in writing when dealing with secure pay one and any other realtor they assicate with. a month after moving into my townhouse i instantly regret the choice, i paid first months rent, security deposit and last months rent in advance, once my move in date came they insisted that i owed rent and wouldnt remove this from my online account for weeks. they also state that you must report any issue within the first 30 days but never address those issues once they recieve your rent, then argue to charge a 300$ deposit for typical maintenance issues or issues going forward. i could go on for days with issues and lack of personalism.
