    This is a warning to anyone who is considering "buying into" FV under a Residency program. We have been waiting nearly 2 years to get our eligible monies refunded after our family member passed. The business claims the unit has not been reoccupied but we have no way of knowing/verifying. They don't communicate with us nor do they respond to requests for updates. The business is in severe financial distress. Please do not risk your monies under any circumstances because you cannot trust what they say and there are no assurances with their financial condition that they will make good on what they promise. Look elsewhere.
