    May 11 2023 national solar installed a ground mounted unit on my property that was not approved by the building and zoning board of the ************* ******** did not approve and for which the building inspector had told them on the phone and on site as they were building the unit that it could not be approved where it was being installed and there is no other possible location on my site for it to be installed they ignored the inspector and also did not notify me of the situation instead they continued with the installation as they planned it knowing the it could not be connected because it had not been approved and has no way of being approved and must now be removed with in *********************************************************************************************************** returning messages because they know what they did and ducking it here is the installers phone number *********************** *************

    Hi.  This is not a customer of ours.  We do not do work in ******** and never have.  It must be from a company that has a similar name.  Sorry we cannot assist you as we only do work in ******.

    The complaint from ******************************* has been applied to the wrong company. There are 2 different National Solar Services in the State of ******** hence the confusion. We do not have a signed agreement or any data in our system showing that he is a customer of ours and I have spoken with ******************** on the phone to make sure. We do not employ the ************************* who was mentioned as the install manager and I had never heard of the salesman who ******* said sold him the deal. Feel free to give me a call at ********** if you need more clarification.
