    I moved items into storage January 5, 2023. Upon moving into the storage unit, there was no physical person on site to handle professional services. There was a note (I took a picture of on the door - ************ is closed until further notice" ). I did not see this note on door until the moving truck arrived. I called the customer service # and was able to get ahold of someone after at leaset 10 calls or ************ them know, there was no employee on-site. Finally, after several hours of calling customer service ***** someone got a hold of the *** (temporary property manager) to drive to the facility at 8pm and give me keys to my rental unit. This was after she told me office closes at 6pm come back the next day at 10am. I have spoken to *** and **** (***'s supervisor) but i haven not been able to escalate matter up the chain of command to speak with their leadership. I would like to discuss so matters with leadership that the two ladies do not want me to relay to their bosses for resolutions to this dilemma. I do not have a contract, my items are at their facility, and I am stressed trying to get in contact with someone else other than them. Please assist me, they keep calling me to collect a debt, but they are ignoring my request to speak with higher authority above them. I will not make payment until my concerns are heard and tended to.

    Istorage has been a problem since day one. Ive been denied access to my storage and I want access so that I can remove my items. I went to retrieve my belongings on the evening of August 31, 2022 and my access code was denied. I contacted istorage and I was informed by customer service that my account has been closed and I had vacated and thats not true. I have yet to receive any documentation stating that. I want my items. Istorage has been lying to me since they took over from Extra Space Storage. All iStorage does is constantly raise their rates and lie to their customers, mistreats customers and something needs to be done about this company.
