07/16/2024 I went to Jackson Hewitt to amend years ********* due to a domestic violence situation I was unable to file since someone else was in control of my finances/paperwork/no access. Kenya seemed sympathetic and willing to help. My husband already DID the paperwork however we needed a tax professional to review the paperwork and assist me with OIC/Unable to pay paperwork. Kenya told me my husband did the paperwork wrong but the difference between both paperwork was off by $100. Ok, fine no problem. She assured me she would help me and to follow up in a couple weeks to file OIC. It is now 04/17/2025 *** HAS PUT MY ACCOUNT IN LEVY STATUS- THEY TOOK OUR WHOLE REFUND THAT WE WERE COUNTING ON FOR OUR TWO TODDLERS- I CONTINOUSLY TRY TO CONTACT HER WHILE SHE AVOIDS MY CALLS. Kenya doesnt answer. Nothing filed. She also told me not to contact ***. What now??? I want my money refunded so I can resolve this issue elsewhere. I dont want any part of this SCAM.
