    Amazing communication from the first phone call to completion of the job. Our basement leak was concerning but Real Seal's honest salesperson and respectful repairmen made us feel comfortable and confident with the fix. I highly recommend *****, ******, and ********. I have never hired such a friendly, clean and *************** for home repairs.

    Real Seal, LLC. was one of 3 quotes that I had requested (two of which were national companies). I requested a quote for crack repair of 9 cracks due to seepage in my basement. All three companies advised me that the cracks were structural in nature, but Real Seal, LLC was the only one to not recommend structural repairs in the $20-$40K range at first glance. Real Seal's review was that I had a crack problem and not necessarily a structural problem. With this advice I reached out to a structural engineer for their opinion and was advised that the structural cracks were most likely an issue from day one of the house and that structural remediation was not necessary at this time. The initial quote pricing and knowledge of the appraiser was the reason for choosing Real Seal, LLC. The two person team that actually completed the crack filling arrived on time, and were polite. There were some additional items that I wanted fixed that were discussed, and a price and contract amount was agreed upon prior to them proceeding with their work. All 9 cracks were filled, and multiple larger cracks received a carbon fiber stitching to help strengthen the repairs. There was additional demolition work of walls required so that they could complete their task efficiently and completely without cutting corners, and everything was cleaned up within reason. It took about 8 hours for completion. Overall their work and my overall experience was exemplary. As an added comment it rained heavily about a week after the repairs were completed and so far the original seepage problems appear to have been remediated as advertised.

    Very professional. Prompt and the work was done on time and the crew left a spotless work area. Price was better than competitors and the customer service was excellent and not pushy.
