      Brought my Stihl leaf blower in for coil repair and tune up a couple months ago. They are supposedly a certified Stihl repair shop. I also plan to inform ***** about my experience. Paid about $170. When I finally tried it this fall, the coil was still broken and so I brought it back. I brought it back on 10/3/23 and it's 10/21/23 they said it would be a couple days, I keep having to call them daily even though they promise each time to call me. Today I spoke to *****, she said she had authority to work with me but she does not. She's going to talk to *** the store manager and call me back. She would not put *** on the phone. Not only did they never repair it, but the service is terrible. I have called about ************************************************************************* back. I cannot believe anyone has had a good experience there! ***** did call me back, *** couldn't be bothered. They offered to me $40 back for the part and offered to send it to another shop to fix. They have been telling me they have the part and it'll be ready, however after this last call they do not. They lie to their customers, I am getting my broken equipment back and raising this up with Stihl today.
