We are an elderly couple that suffered the damage from heavy rains and hail on July 7, 2023. We opened up an insurance claim with State Farm and found Midland public adjusting online. We have mostly been working with a man named ****. They came out initially to meet with us to check over the damages and said they would be back with State Farm and State Farm adjuster a few weeks later. We are elderly so we wanted to make sure that we had a family member with us so we made those arrangements but unfortunately the family member was not there when the company came out because they were almost 3 hours late. Not only were they late, but they sent someone to represent their company that did not know our personal situation. **** was supposed to be the one to come out, and he sent someone that was still in training to represent us to State Farm. They did not assess the damages properly and would not listen to us or our concerns Probably because we are elderly, and we felt like we were being taken advantage of. About two weeks after this meeting, State Farm issued a check that would only cover a small amount of the damages so we called **** and he dismissed us, was extremely hostile and aggressive and said its not his problem. ***** said that he would not be doing any of the work until spring of 2024. So I had my granddaughter and grandson call him and he done agreed to contact State Farm and asked to reopen the claim to discuss the damages that were not gone over. This man isnt responsive, he will not sign the check with both of our names on it unless we give him the check, and he cut us a check for the difference. Now you cant find the business online with the bad reviews that were discovered after the ********* wont issue 2 separate checks. we cant trust that the check that this guy cuts will be a viable check that will not bounce. Im trying to sort this with **. They can help us because this company is completely useless. We want to be released from this contract.

This claim is released and closed.  The Insured picked up the checks that were related to her claim and signed the Release Form.  The Adjuster that was assigned to this claim is no longer working for us.  The claim is closed and the customer is satisfied.

Chose Midland Public Adjusting to handle claim for wind damage March 31st 2023. No work was completed, no updates given for the claim since April. ***************** responded with an unprofessional message on how I should handle the claim myself. Its December and no work or updates have been given. I require a release letter to ****************** stating Midland no longer represents me with this claim as soon as possible.

Released -  The insured was given the Insurance check in his name only.  The Adjuster, the same Adjuster, that was assigned to this claim is no longer working for us. The claim is closed and the customer is satisfied.

I had wind/hail damage to my roof/pool at ********************************************************** on 05.07.23. I contacted Midland Public Adjusting/Relianz Restoration to help me get my roof repaired. This company had NOTHING to do with the pool repairs and **** was trying to get money from this also. ****-Midland Public Adjusting was able to get me a roof replacement. We met 10.02.23 to finalize for the roof. I signed the document labeled Signed Document--10.02.23 after **** explained the work to be completed and not to be completed. He wrote the document labeled Worksheet by **** and I put document labeled Worksheet $919.90--10.02.23. **** was NOT going to complete some of the work so there was the refund to me of $919.90. Upon looking at the document from SF labeled SF Damage Claim Policy--09.18.23, I noticed that **** did NOT include some of the work that he was NOT doing on the Worksheet $919.90--10.02.23. I contacted him on this, he was belligerent, would NOT admit that he did miss some line items. He then revised the work order to be labeled Unsigned Revised--10.15.23. I DID NOT SIGN THIS DOCUMENT. HE FORGED THE 1st DOCUMENT AND REVISED TO THE 2nd. The new work order should have been like the one labeled Worksheet $1,181.01--10.15.23. This document has ALL the work that **** was NOT completing unlike the first worksheet. Upon him revising the worksheet on 10.15.23, I was getting $76.38 refunded. I asked him for an explanation of the $76.38 numerous times and he would NOT get me a detailed list. I believe that **** has scammed me of my rightful money from this project. I contacted my State Farm Agent (*******/*******) at ************. Upon ******* reaching out to **** to help with this claim, he was also belligerent to her. He did NOT like that we caught him scamming the numbers from this project. I have also attached--Midland Adjuster document-all the emails and documentation from ****/SF in regards to asking for explanations and him NOT responding. My ********* believe that he does NOT do all the work on claims so that he can get a huge amount of money for himself. I would like to recoup my $1,181.01 that he has swindled from me. Please feel free to reach out to myself or ******* at SF to better understand. I believe that **** has been scamming people for money for years on claims and I want this STOPPED. He did NOT like that I was asking questions and that is when he changed the job order to me only getting $76.38 instead of $919.90/$1,181.01. My roof was done on 10.31.23 and the other roofs on 11.08.23.

This again was with the same Adjuster,  who is no longer with the company.  This was a manufacturer defect though.  The shingle company replaced the entire roof and we redone the work last week.  The roof is now completed and the customer is satisfied.
