    I had an accident on 4/26/24 and these sharks showed up on site without being contacted by me, my insurance company or the police. They offered their services to tow my vehicle but did not state they were closed on weekends or that they were taking my car to ******. I tried calling and nobody answered so my car was held hostage for the entire weekend. The tow yard was difficult to find and when I showed up on site, I was informed by other tenants at the same location that nobody worked for this company there. When I was finally able to speak to someone, they wouldnt release my car to the insurance company due to the extensive fees they charged without my consent. After explaining the terms of the illegal tow and being advised by my insurance company, they were able to advise this company of their illegal tactics and they would be pursuing legal action if they didnt release my car. After over $1,000 being paid for my car being held illegally for 6 days, my car was finally released.

    Had a crash at 6pm called the next day to get the vehicle out. They told me I had to pay$540. I asked why was the price so high. I said you had the car for less than 24hrs. They responded hook up fee, storage fee and a clean up fee. The place of crash to their tow yard was 15 minutes. Very outrageously price. Should not be able to chatge that much for having for about 16hrs.

    Charge Extra fee on ******'s comp insurunce on a driveable ******** towing guy has his own insurance and he is owner operator he doesn't required workers comp insurance
