      My car was repossessed while I was not home, I was not able to retrieve anything from the vehicle. No one ever reached out to me to inform me where I could retrieve my personal property from. When I did find my car, I was still within the 45 day timeframe and was told I needed to pay $225 for my personal property due to storage fees. My property is being held ****** by the towing company.

      A letter was mailed to the debtor explaining the process to get the personal items back.

      I am rejecting this response because: no one informed me and the property inside the vehicle is mine not the debtors. The fee being added is being charged to me not them so I should have been informed directly regarding my property.

      A letter was sent to the debtor per state law. It is out of our control if the debtor did not receive the letter. The person making the complaint is the debtor, so we are unsure why they are saying "the property inside the vehicle is mine not the debtors".

      I am rejecting this response because: the property is mine not the debtors. It was my personal things that belong to me, which were removed from the vehicle. My birth certificate was in there and stuff I paid for. I was fine with paying the $100 fee for whatever but how am I also being charged storage fees when I didnt know where my property was being stored at until weeks after the vehicle was taken.
