      Roughly in March 2023 I took my car into Midas for front brake repairs, rotors and pads. A month or so later I took my car in again to have the back brakes repaired rotors and pads. Since then, I have had to come in more than 3, times because my new brake pads and or rotor were squeaking and grinding, currently my brakes are grinding and squeaking again. Squeaking again after having them temporarily fix the brakes 3, previous times between March 2023 and now Nov 2023. Because I had to come in for 4 hours total to have new brakes serviced, I am asking for a refund of ****** I am also asking that Midas fix my brake problem completely.

      Thank you for forwarding this to our attention.

      We are always concerned when a customer is not satisfied with the work, we have done for them.  I have spoken to the customer, and he has made an appointment for tomorrow.  We reviewed his repair history (3/2023), and his repairs are still under warranty.  We will test drive the car to confirm his concern and inspect the vehicle for the cause.  We will honor his warranty, but it is understood that there *** be other things causing these problems that *** not be under warranty.
