    About a week before Valentines Day my son decided he wanted to order a Rose **** from the Made of Rose website for his girlfriend. The website at that point said "Guaranteed by *********** Day" along with a countdown. He has saved up money specifically for this and went forward with purchasing the $80 rose bear. Throughout the week we tried to track the bear. Most of the time it showed it sitting in ** and not moving. When we contacted customer service they said they would work on it and said it would be delivered. *********** day came and went with no bear. It hadn't moved from **. We took into consideration the holiday and other factors but we still have not received the bear. My husband has emailed them repeatedly including requesting a refund. At this point the tracking reports different information. It will say "item cant be found" or its in *******. At this point I feel that this company is a scam. I want a full refund for my son. As I said he is 14 and saved up his allowance for this.

    I ordered flowers from this site and not only did they not come by Valentines Day but they never came at all. I asked for a refund and have not heard a response I would like my $150 back

    I ordered three led ******* **** glass domes and the order shows that a label was created by the company on December 4th and then shows is awaiting pick up from carrier. I have been in contact telling them about what the tracking information is telling me and requesting they give me a 100% refund. I spent almost $205 on their site.

    I had a credit post to my checking account already!  Refunded 100%, so I am satisfied.
