      I had a deeply frustrating experience with Dr. ***** ****** office at Park Place. I was recommended a non-urgent dental procedure and was given an estimated cost of around $600 after insurance, which I paid in full. I signed off on this estimate in good faith, trusting that the office had followed the proper process with my insurance provider.Unfortunately, they failed to obtain the required pre-approval from my insurance, and now Im being billed an additional $1,702.20 out of pocket. Had I known the true cost, I never would have agreed to the ************ make matters worse, half of the bridge they placed has already broken off, raising serious concerns about the quality of the work performed.When I reached out to resolve the issue, the office took zero accountability and pushed all responsibility onto me, the patientdespite the fact that Park Place failed to follow the proper insurance process. This is not just disappointing; its completely unacceptable.I strongly urge anyone considering this office to be extremely cautious. Double-check everything with your insurance yourselfdont rely on them to do it for you. And if you value transparency, accountability, and quality care, you may want to look elsewhere.

      We have contacted *** regarding this complaint and together we have reached a mutually agreed upon resolution. He said he will be removing his complaint and his balance of $456 will be discounted 50%. The broken bridge he referenced was replaced at no charge to him in 2024. The unexpected out of pocket expense was from a different bridge that was done shortly after. His insurance denied coverage on this other bridge and we attempted several times to get his insurance to cover it by writing narratives and contacting them via phone over the course of several months, but his insurance carrier upheld the denial which left him with the remaining balance. *** continued seeing us for dental treatment even after knowing about his insurance denial. His most recent treatment he had done at our office dropped his balance from $1702 to $456 because his insurance paid more for a service than we anticipated. *** was just seen at our office on 7/10/25 to continue his dental care with us even after filing the compliant on 6/27/25. Due to his balance being much lower now, he agreed to pay half and remove this complaint. If you require any documentation regarding proof of replacing his bridge at no cost, timeline of events, and notes documenting our consistent communication with *** and his insurance about this issue I will happily provide them to you within a manor that remains HIPAA compliant.
