    2nd Gen Exteriors LLC went above and beyond for our business roof and our home roof and gutters. All questions and concerns were answered in a timely manner and the quality of the work was excellent. Would highly reccomend this company.

    We had a wonderful experience getting our roof replaced after the hail damage this spring! ***** was responsive and easy to work with from the start. He explained every step of the process and helped us navigate with insurance. I would recommend to everyone who has roofing needs!

    Hi there! Short review: 2nd Gen Exteriors is truly the best. Quality and quantity all in one. 10/10. If you are lucky enough to be in the area - choose them!!Longer review with more detail & information: Our roof needed some help after hail damage and some other wear and tear issues. Im in my late 20s and havent had to deal with something like this in my life. I contacted 2nd Gen Exteriors after hearing good things from locals. I heard they were family oriented & trustworthy. That was my biggest concern. I remember being a kid and hearing sketchy stories about other roofing contractors taking your money, doing a bad job, or just running away with the money and no promise or follow through to fix anything. I didnt want that. I wanted to feel confident in who we go into business with. I wanted to support a local, quality, family-owned business. 2nd Gen Exteriors is everything you would want from a roofing contractor and more. Not only did they do an amazing job with the roof, they helped turn our denied insurance claim into a fully approved case. They were in contact with our insurance company the entire time while holding our hand during the process. Life is already hard enough. Busy enough. ***** took the stress out of this previously overwhelming situation. Some qualities to describe this business: friendly, helpful, hardworking, dependable, honest, responsive, etc. If I were you, I wouldnt waste your time with another roofing contractor business. 2nd Gen Exteriors is filled with good people. The kind of good people that give me hope that businesses arent always transactional and out for the money. I cant complain. They exceeded expectations.
