      I purchased a mattress and when it was delivered the first and only night I slept on it, it was laying on a water bed deflating. Went to the store the next day and was to that someone from the store had to come and look at it. The man was astounded when he saw it, this mattress was 3" lower than the other side and very smash. He stated he need to talk tp the Sealy rep and get his refund first before he could send out another one which would have needed the ******************* Well 3 weeks ( with no mattress to sleep on) later I got a replacement which had a BIG ***** tag on it. That night I slept on it and AGAIN one side is very soft than the other side which is firm. I called the store and was told to give it ***** days to adjust to me body, WELL nope didn't happen and now the store states they will NOT exchange or refund my money. I am a senior and on limited income. This is NOT right business tactic.

      The data here is incomplete. The day we did her warranty check she was explained to that a replacement order takes 2 weeks as do all orders when a mattress is not in stock and we delivered and swapped her mattress the day citywide received it.  However this was done as a courtesy as she in fact had no warranty as she purchased only a mattress and not a complete set. She was told that as her boxsprings are over 15 years old that NO manufacturer will warranty a new mattress on old foundations. She then tried again and I explained to her that I would not as the first time as we stated was a courtesy and her foundations are too old and need to be replaced a that is why she was having this issue not the actual mattress 

      And as far as the statement that our mattress had a BigLots tags that is outrageous. For one we have been in business 50 years with our vendors. Also that bed is made for us with our name as she seen on her law tag.
