      so I have been going to innovated Orthodontics for sometime now for my Invisalign treatment. Ive had other issues in the beginning some bumps in the road with their billing team thats out of state. The lady was very rude. No customer service skills whatsoever had no clue about where charges were being billed why they were being billed what their insurance was covering basically the typical questions you have about billing that someone in billing should have the answers to she could not provide. On top of all of this Ive seen the actual dentist about a handful of times. This business is very bait and switch every single time that I had an appointment and I have to see somebody its a dental assistant not a licensed dentist and Ive had visits over the phone via FaceTime. I dont know how they think they can provide accurate treatment via FaceTime. So I had an appointment a few weeks ago to start getting my brackets removed and they left on some metal brackets or metal connectors and the front office staff refused to make my appointment stating that I would be charged $45 for each office visit here on out when I was told by the office manager that I wouldnt be charged anymore for completion of treatment. I still have metal brackets in my mouth that I have to go find another professional dentist to finish my treatment. I was told I couldn't speak with Dr ******* by Algalis the front desk staff and I've reached out several times via phone and email and have yet to get a response! On top of all that I already paid for a refinement of my treatment in addition to the treatment because I was off course due to losing my mither from covid! I was told by the heartless staff Anaglis that my mother passing wasn't her problem! The lack of treatment and unprofessionalism is unacceptable on top of them leaving metal brackets in my mouth and not scheduling me to get them removed and do my fitting for a retainer.
