    When I tried to add the contractors business not listed so I can file a warning complaint and request it deleted. This is my 3rd try. The business we need added to bbb is Muddy river concrete llc owner is **** *****/***** ***** and goes by all three names separately or together **************************************************************** is his first address Found with his business on the state of illinois website as involuntary dissolution The second address is more recent and shows as muddy river concrete llc **** jjames or ***** ***** *************************************************************** phone number is ********** He lives in ******** and accepted money from me in the amount of 4 thousand dollars down payment for foundation and window work last year. He has done no work nor gotten a permit and even sent a message saying he doesn't want the job, he says he is entitled to the 4 thousand dollars down payment to feed his family and pay his men and that they cannot work for free. They have done no work at my home at any time nor ever delivered any supplies. please add the newest business address and the old one separately If possible or show both as I am certain I am not the only victim. The second more recent address he has been using on his more recent forms he shared with me and social media where he called me names insists he is not giving back my money. I am looking for a 4 thousand dollar refund to be paid to My account at ********************************************************************ia where he took it from me at with bank witnesses to go get sjpplies and start working. That was in september/october 2024 time frame. He had many excuses of rare flat trailer tires, broken excavator, got busy woth other newer customers and he left mine aside when his equipment was repaired. He has warrants in ************ and is considered dangerous with weapons and assault accusations on the county website. I do not wish to have him at my home at any time on learning this in February 2025.
