I ordered a "CUSTOM 2023/24 ************** FC *********** Red and Black **************** Jersey" on October 16 from mlsplayershop.com, which states to be "officially licensed." I immediately noticed a charge from "www.insurancemural.com" on my credit card for $129.90.Suspicious, I checked out the website, which was in Chinese. I then decided to email mlsplayershop.com at their listed address of t-************************.I asked them: "Is this an Authentic ****** made by ****** or is this a fake?"They replied: "We all ship for real! You can see our real pictures" and "****** first-hand source, you can rest assured that the original high quality ******?"When I received the ****** ***** tracking: **************************) on October 26th, it looked really bad and cheap. I then purchased another 2023/2024 Authentic ****** ************** Jersey from a reputable source at Fanatics.com to compare. What I found was very different.Given that the mlsplayershop.com ****** is fake, I disputed the charge with my credit card and then emailed t-************************ again with photo comparison. I also asked for a return and full refund, as listed on their refund policy. They responded back:"Hello, we are all source foundries, you can rest assured to use." and "Sorry, we are real and original and we have sold thousands of these ******s and the customers who have received them love them!" and "All of our ******s are shipped as they appear on our website." and "Each ****** style and fit is different and the model number is different, all ******s are shipped as shown on our page.We only sell authentic and original ******s, thank you!"They will not acknowledge my return request, or that the ****** is fake, and have now stopped responding.

I ordered a size small, 2022-23 ****** FC 1 ********************* Away Authentic ***** Jersey from mlsplayershop.com which says at the top that they are an "officially licensed MLS store". The photo on their website of the jersey that I was ordered was of the actual authentic one, however when my jersey arrived, it was not at all like the one in the photos and is very clearly a knock off. The jersey I received had the front sponsor's name (YETI) ironed onto the jersey all wrinkled, which the actual jersey would never have. Also, the logo of the sponsor on the sleeve (Netspend) is a completely different font and not even close to their actual business logo that should be on the jersey. Additionally, there is supposed to be a black piece of fabric wrapping around the bottom of the sleeves, and the jersey I received does not have that, yet the authentic jersey should have it. The material is very clearly cheap and fake and not what a $100+ jersey should have. I've included pictures of the jersey I received, as well as a screenshot of the "authentic jersey" I was supposed to receive from their website.
