    ************************* Misrepresented the contract, he came and looked at the condition of garage and knew there would be hazardous rodent dejecta. The upcharges was not mentioned at time of contract signing . He came with an unprofessional attitude, speaking harshly to me, the client while cleaning out the garage and stated he should not have taken me as a client because he knew I would be difficult. ************************* wanted to decide what I should keep and throw out., which is very unprofessional. The upcharges are inflated and uncalled for. ************************* grabbed my copy of the upcharges and the paper was torn and he kept my copy in his folder. All of the charges were discussed prior to signing the contract and he added upcharges after the fact. ************************* stated he will put a lien on my house if they are not paid in full. The contract was $2200, which I paid in full by check

    It is unfortunate that this client had a bad attitude from the beginning. She had nothing but insults for my crew and myself within the first half hour upon our arrival and throughout the process. This woman thought she could belittle and boss us around since she was paying us, but thats not how it works and we resent being treated like dogs. I have 3 winesses to her abuse of us. It is true there were upcharges because of the exteme amount of rodent infestation on her premises. I could not even get into her garage when I made the evaluation and estimate to do the work. This is why I can only give an estimate because I have no idea what we might come across or how much furniture there will be undernaeth the debris and how much we have to break down and place in the dumpster. Most jobs I am able to see what we are up against by going in and seeing most of what we agree to clean out, with this job I was not. There were add ons due to the amount of comtaminated belongings from mice dejecta over almost everything and a lot of furnture moving, organizing and some of it had to be broken down and disposed of.. Our contract does state that there could be upcharges for extra severity, furniture removal and/or other services not originally contracted for. We feel that our extra charges were justified and we expect payment immediately. Ms. ****** has decided not pay the final billing and our unpaid bill will go into collections within 30 days if still unpaid and will cause her credit report to notified of the unpaid bill from us and could have negative consequesces for her in the future. It can be unpleasant when people do not appreciate the work we have done for them when we clean out their unseemly homes and pittiful circumstances. We wish her the best.. Most cleints really do appreciate that we are there to help them and the whole process goes smoothly and can be very rewarding for all inlvolved. In the rare circumstances you can get people who are unhappy no matter what you do for them because they have made a mess of their homes and lives and are miserable and have spent a great deal of money on uselss items and now have to spend even more in having someone clean up their mess and they they take out their frustration on others. We cannot please all of our clients all of the time, But we can please most of them most of the time. In almost 20 years of business we have been rated a 10 and above for the services we perform for our cleints and thay are very, very happy for what we able to do for them.************************* American Hoarders
