Completely dishonest and an outright scammer. ********************** and his crew were hired by the project manager for installing two ** systems in a new construction we purchased. During the one year warranty period, both compressors completely failed and had to be replaced and then we still had cooling issues. ****** came back and refilled it with coolant, which got us through summer. However, our ** has stopped working and our trusted ** tech found a leak in the ** lines. According to them, the leak was there from day one and ****** most likely knew there was a leak when he was out there. However, ****** just pumped it up with coolant which let him get through the warranty and not face the consequences of his shoddy work. ********************** should not be licensed for HV** and everyone should avoid someone as dishonest as him.

Response from the owner We are disappointed that one of our clients is not happy with our work, but we feel the need to correct the facts in the review. First, we understand that one can be upset if their AC system does not work when new, and it is true that a compressor died very soon after start-up. But it was only one of the 2 installed. The compressor was replaced, under warranty, the same day it happened, with no charge for the client. Also, the client called one Saturday morning for problems with the *** While not an emergency call, we were at the property in less than 2 hours. Unfortunately the homeowner did not pick out calls, did not answer our texts, did not pick up the calls from the builder, for 30 minutes. Two hours later he called upset asking why did we leave. We offered to be back Monday first thing in the morning. He chose to call a different company to check the system. That company charged the homeowner for the visit and the homeowner expected us to pay that invoice and we found that unreasonable, especially considering our contract requires him to notify and get permission to have work done on the system while under warranty. We did not cancel the warranty for this, and we tried our best to make the client happy. It's been more than 3 years since that moment, and we did not get any other call from the homeowner in all this time, so we assumed everything was working as needed. We understand his unhappiness with having problems with his system, but we do not understand posting a dishonest review, especially considering ********************* is also a small business owner and he should understand the need for a fair review.
