      Fraudulent Lab charges to BCBSIL, Date of service 4/22/23 & 5/1/23. I was out of the state on that date on vacation and can prove it. They are trying to bill my insurance company $550 on 4/22/23 and again on 5/1/23 $550 for lab work that was never done. They have my insurance information and have submitted purely fraudulent claims.

      This company claims they administered Covid tests on March 15, 2023 and April 15, 2023. They submitted claims to both of my insurance companies using my name and information. One of my insurance companies paid them $550 for each of the two tests for a total of $1100 for tests I never received. I was not responsible for any additional payments. The company waited until almost a year after the fake services to submit their claims. The Explanation of Benefits came in the mail on Feb. 23, 2024. This company is being paid for services they dont provide. There are additional complaints on the web regarding this company and Covid tests.

      I would like you to investigate this company for further fraud. This type of fraud is criminal. People should know what this company is doing so they can avoid giving them their personal information.
