    Dealing with this shipping company was an absolute disaster. The staff were not just rude; they were arrogant and dismissive, treating me as if my concerns were beneath them. Communication was nonexistentI spent months trying to get any updates, only to be met with silence or vague responses. They clearly have no sense of responsibility whatsoever.To make matters worse, they lost my belongings and couldn't care less about it. Their incompetence cost me valuable and irreplaceable items, and they showed no remorse or intention to make things right. On top of this, they had the audacity to overcharge me for their abysmal service.What really takes the cake is their deceitful practice of padding their ratings with fake 5-star reviews, likely written by family members to lure unsuspecting customers. This company is a total scam, operating with zero integrity. Avoid them like the plague. They will rob you blind and leave you with nothing but frustration and regret. This was, hands down, the worst and most infuriating experience I've ever had with a shipping company.

    Never ever fall into the trap of opting this shipping company. They are very unprofessional, not trustworthy and on top of that they are never committed to their promise towards the customer. They don't have any time sense, professionalism, and accountability for their job. Customer has to put up a sorry face and literally beg for the packages with no success. It is huge waste of money, effort and time if you opt for their service on top of that there are high chances of getting the feel of losing the shipment all together as they won't honor delivering the shipment as they promise during the time of service opting. They ask for additional charges after the packages reach the ***** port which makes us end up paying keeping the larger picture of the shipments. I had shipped my good from ** to ***** in Sep 2022 and it is not yet delivered. Such a PATHETIC shipping service. DO NOT OPT THEIR SERVICE. Go for any better ones even if they charge more than these people. Such a terrible and pathetic experience. Their customer service and sales team are so shameless and horrible. They don't even dare to respond on time and try to face the customer at first place. I WILL NEVER EVER RECOMMEND THIS SHIPPING COMPANY TO ANYONE. STAY AWAY FROM THIS PATHETIC COMPANY.
