      Despite some initial timing issues due to a vehicle issue they turned up and were more than helpful, nothing was a chore, worked hard and looked after my things. Next day even turned up with extra hands to help deliver everything and went out there way to pick up another bed and sofas en route. Highly worth the spend. Made a stressfultimeeasy.

      Communication was significant and decisive! The delivery driver was highly professional, and was able to get my stuff out of the old house in record time (40 mins). He definitely made what should have been a highly stressful occasion, a much more relaxed one! I'll definitely continue to use them, for where ever my career locations take me, and I can't recommend them enough!

      First thing you should know is that Best Quality Movers is not a moving company. At best, you can claim they are moving organizers'', but this isnt right either. This group of movers subcontract EVERYTHING; from the movers who gather and deliver your stuff, to the warehouses that hold your stuff. This is to avoid any legal reprocussioins if something goes wrong with your move, so if they send the sub-contractors a poor estimate, theyll just pass the buck to the subcontractors, shrug their shoulders, go by the sheet, and charge for more truck room. Thus a $1200 moving job turned into a $2000 moving job to move everything from my apartment. I just graduated from graduate school too, meaning money was extremely tight for me. I cant imagine what I would have done if I didnt have family support or didnt have rainy day money stored up.I do need to talk about the item drop off because boy what a mess. First off, from the time I was told the items were loaded on the truck, to the time I actually got them was almost two weeks. They will tell you it takes three to four days for you to get your item, so two weeks is a long time to just sit and wait, especially when you have already moved into your new address. Not a huge issue, but something to keep in mind.The driver spent most of his time complaining about moving his truck, moving the items in, insisting he knows what 75 ft is (his sense of length wasnt good), complaining about the day laborers, demanding payment before dropping off my items (oh yeah, you have to finish the payment before having your items dropped off. Apparently the stop before ours, the driver tried to get an additional $2000 to drop off a boat that also cost the movers $2000 to move.I needed several months to properly write this, because the company left me so stressed out. God forbid they go bankrupt. FIND ANOTHER OTHER COMPANY OR BUY A UHAUL AND MOVE IT YOURSELF!
