    My order was never shipped due to my residential address, yet they have refused to refund my payment of $257.79 for over 3 weeks now.

    You did what everyone made me think was impossible. A catheter is a necessary part of my life and you were able to get the only kind that has ever worked for me when nobody else could. You have no idea how happy I am!

    Sadly, my experience with *** medical was less than stellar. I was desperately in need of 1 liter drain bags for my stepson who was in hospice care. I placed an order for a case of the bags because the website said they shipped within 24 hours. That was not the case. After four days and the item hadn't shipped, I called to check on the status and learned that bags were not at *** medical, they were in another state and would take approximately a week to arrive at *** medical, then would be shipped to me in **********. They did cancel the order and refund my credit card, which I appreciate.But if you are in a hurry, beware because "ships within 24 hours" is very misleading.
