    Hello to who it may concern, I am currently filing a complaint against the company ******** in ****** ********. On March 14, 2022, my wife and I went into the organization to have two pictures reframed. **** the salesperson who took our order and assisted us in picking out frames for our two pictures, was very helpful and patient as we worked to figure out the perfect frames for our pictures. We finally picked out the frames and paid the amount of ****** on 2/26/23. He assured ** and per the receipt that the pictures would be completed on 3/13/23. However, we went in to pick up the pictures on 3/26/23 **** explained that he was not completed with framing our pictures and to come back and pick them up on Wednesday 3/29/23. We waited until that time, went to pick up the pictures, and the store was closed. We have tried calling multiple times at ************ and have been met with unanswered phone calls and a full voicemail box. We have also tried emailing ************************ with no response as well. We were hoping that your organization would be able to assist ** in this process. We would just like our pictures back framed with no refund or not framed with a refund. Thank you for your assistance
