    Used them two years ago for sewer rodding. Total fail until they called another guy in who made short work of the problem. He had the touch with the rodder.Unfortunately, had the same problem again and the guy who came out was one of the two initial people from back then. While he got water flowing, it wasnt until after I handed him the $395.00 check for the bill that he tells me that theres no warranty because he couldnt use the 6 cutter.Tells me I should have the sewer line inspected with a camera. That would be another $150 plus labor.I was squeezed into a busy schedule and was initially given a four hour service window from 10 AM to 2PM. I was happy to get a text at 9:41 AM that someone was already on their way.Now Im also suspecting that ******* played a role besides insufficient competence.I called their office to complain, told them that I would never use them again, said Goodbye! and hung up.
