    8/28/2023 Yasen (Porches and More) Is truly a human being that cannot be trusted. I hired him (*****) to construct me a new porch. My daughter saw one of his banners and called him to give us a quote on a new porch. He came over assessed the property and gave a quote of $36,000 for a new porch and fence. He wrote out a contract which includes a new porch, new top on porch, fence, and gutters. ***** lied and told us he would start once we gave him a call. This was Sunday and to my surprise and dismay he placed a big dumpster on the side of the property without even informing me. We were moved with compassion to allow him to start being he had already invested money to start the job. We were concerned about how we were going to pay him, being we didnt have all the money at that time. We informed him and he stated dont worry about money, I patient man. In the contract our last payment should have been $4000 with the completion of the job. He hounded my daughter for all the payment and the job was not complete. He was even threatening her about putting a lien on our property and contacting his lawyer when in fact he still has not completed the job. He has left material on our property, one of the gates cannot close, the porch top is not done, the gutters are not done, and he left a portable toilet. My daughter gave him $5000 with a remaining balance of $500. He told her that he would be sending the guys to finish the work. No one NEVER showed up. When my daughter called him, he ignored her calls. My daughter then had a male family member to give him a call and he informed he that he would send tge guys to finish. *****, was called again on March 31st, 2023 and he was very irate and disrespectful. ***** told us he was going on vacation and he will not be completing the job until 9-1-23 and for us yo have a nice summer. I would NEVER recommend him to anyone else. This man is clearly out of his mind! Who gets paid and doesnt finish the job? I want this job complete!
