  ///SCAMMERS //// I got the Parks' double guard flood control system installed for $9,880, plus the $195 option for the Parks' camouflage cover. After the work was done I kept and calling and calling and calling to have the field Manger to come out and look at the BIG dip my front lawn had because of this flood control system installation I was asking them to fix and level my lawn cause it looks like a sinking hole. I sent multiple pictures thru e-mail and text and nothing ever happened. I got the run around for 2yrs. THIS COMPANY DOES NOT RESPECT THERE CUSTOMERS,, ONCE THEY GET YOUR MONEY YOU WOULD NEVER SEE THEM COME OUT AGAIN. MANAGEMENT IS A DISGRACE.

  On 12/29/2023 parks plumbing came to my house to unclog a toilet. They had a hard time breaking thru,they were at it for two hous and 15 minutes. I kept asking if they could put a camera down in the sewer and look. They said yes they can. Parks plumbing plumbers did not honor my request and said they had to dig up my property to find broken pipes! I know as a fact you need a camera too look down. The plumbers were lazy, I feel that they were trying to use me as a cash cow! I called on january 2nd and complained. I asked if I can get the service fee refunded and they said yes. Then they returned my check and i thought they refunded my money. I called back 2 weeks later and questioned about the new bill they sent. I got accused of telling them to return my check I never said that! Stay far away from these people they are scammers!

  I got the Parks' double guard flood control system installed on Sept. 21 for $9,880, plus the $195 option for the Parks' camouflage cover (which they did not install, see below). The good:The Parks' system seems to be the best on the market. The engineering is solid with two large brass plates and a powerful ejector pump to reverse the flow if there is a storm backup. The guys who installed the system worked very hard and efficiently, digging out the 8-foot hole for the vault in just a half-day, and installing the system including electrical in 2 days. I cannot speak highly enough of the plumber, ****, who was extremely professional and detail-oriented on scoping out our plumbing system in our 100-yr home, identifying and marking the route, and making clear drawings of how the system works. He explained everything very well and patiently. The bad:They left without finishing the camouflage cover, saying that they will be back "early next week at the latest" because they didn't have sod. It is now November 2nd (6 weeks later) and they still haven't finished the job, even though they collected payment for it. I have followed up with the project manager, *****, by phone 5 times (9/28, 10/6, 10/19, 10/30) and the scheduler, Adri, by phone once (9/28) and email twice (10/23, 10/30). Both kept telling me that they will be back "soon" to finish the job, and for the past week, they have not responded to me at all. It really seems like they don't care about finishing the job because I already paid. This irresponsibility, unfortunately, offsets all the good things about their system and reduces the rating to 2-stars.
