    I purchased a solar system and battery backup from ********************************* June of 2022. Per agreement and contract I was supposed to receive a check of almost $10,000 for our system 6 months after installation from the ******** shines rebate. I have reached out the them many times over the past 9 months and every day I was given an excuse of why it was delayed for a few months. I was very patient and understanding. During my last communication I was promised that my check was approved and signed and I would receive it by the end of August. I have still not received it and when I contacted them the person(***********************) I was dealing with no longer worked and told me to contact ***************************. I have emailed ***** multiple times and called their main number and left messages. I have never received a single response for ***** or anyone else at 93energy. However when I left my contact information to purchase solar they called me within 2 hours to try and sell me solar but would not do anything to resolve my issue. So at this point I am feeling fairly confident I am getting ripped off. Hopefully BBB can come to resolution if not I hope they let others know 93energy is ripping off customers.

    I understand the frustration here and I apologize that you reached out several times and didn't get a response back.  It typically takes six to twelve months to receive the funds from the state of **.  If that expectation was not set for you by ***** I apologize for that miscommunication.  As you ********************** no longer works with us.  The good news is that we expect to receive your funds this week, so you should hear from us in the next week or two to arrange for pickup of your funds.  Appreciate your patience so far and apologize again for any miscommunication that occurred along the way.  Rest assured that you will receive the promised funds very soon.
