  ******* 231 I spoke with ******* over the phone, and the service was amazing! They were super helpful, very patient with all my questions, and so friendly throughout the whole call. I appreciated how clearly everything was explained to me and how kind they were. It made the whole experience so much easier and more pleasant. Truly great customer service!

  I want to thank Talayah ext. 185. *** her immediate attention and efficient work to help me solve my problem filing my Quarterly Reports for ****. She was able to process and file my reports in less than one day. I will be using Hoffenmer to file my reports from now on. I will be looking forward to working with ******* on every one of them.

  They take care of all my paperwork from A to Z and help me in any way I need help. A few mistakes was made on there part but I learned a few things from them . No one is perfect. There are doing a great job. Been with them now for 4 years and they are getting better at what they are doing. My life got easier since I have been working with them.

  Thought I was filing my MCS 150, after I submitted everything turns out it was for the state MCP, a combination of misleading and confusing information on their end, an honest mistake made on my end. I tried contacting them first thing the next day to tell them I made a mistake and would like a refund. I was told it would take 3-5 days for the refund. A week later I called again to be told that the refund would be any day now... still nothing! I tried emailing, 4 emails later over the course of around another week NOT A SINGLE REPLY TO MY EMAILS. Called again, spoke with Alison who was trying to help after I explained my situation. She told me that "Ralph" would call me before the end of day. 2 days later I still haven't had anyone contact me from this company and they still have my money!
  I admit I made the initial mistake and I told them that I didn't want them to invest any time on my filings hoping to save them from doing any work that wasn't necessary, but going on 3 weeks without any effort by Hoffenmer to reach out to me or just simply issuing my refund while I have made multiple phone calls and emails with zero resolution shows their lack of integrity in doing good business with good hard working people.
  Be very weary of this company.
