      Recently, I planned a trip to Pearl ********** and arrived in person with our pre purchased day passes, approximately five hours before their posted closing time. Upon arrival, Ialong with dozens of otherswere denied entry due to the facility having reached maximum capacity, despite the fact that tickets were still being ******* an attorney, I reviewed the terms and conditions associated with the purchase. Nowhere in that agreement, which constitutes a binding contract, is there a provision that permits Pearl ********** to refuse service due to capacity issuesparticularly when tickets are sold on-site with no notice of such limitations.A friend of mine attempted to contact the business directly, but we have received no response. When I brought the issue to their attention via social media, they responded by blocking me rather than addressing the concern.We are not seeking a refund, as the terms clearly state that purchases are non-refundable. However, we are simply asking that our tickets be honored on a future date. Denying entry, retaining payment, and refusing to provide the service purchased is not only unacceptableit also appears to be a breach of contract and outright fraudulent.This issue did not affect me alone; several others experienced the same treatment. Pearl ********** has taken payment from multiple individuals and failed to deliver the promised service due to its own overbooking and lack of capacity management. This was not a case of them modifying hours or cancelling. They just refused dozens of patrons because they oversold and no longer had capacity. They didnt not tell us they would honor our tickets for another date. I drove an hour and a half. Their contact information is ************ *****************************************
