    1.31, 2/5, 2/6/25. Paid $160. Ivanka agreed to hem my lined dress. She pinned it while on me, saying she'd take it up by one inch. Perfect. When I returned, there was significant buckling ALL along the bottom. She assured me it was fine, but it wasnt. I expressed concern, but paid anyways as I wasn't sure what to do, leaving dissatisfied.Shortly after, I messaged her expressing my dissatisfaction, and she offered to try again. I asked an online seamstress group for advice, and they confirmed the work was done incorrectly and offered suggestions of what she needed to do to fix it. I sent her the suggestions, leaving out their negative comments.She asked me to come back a third time. When I arrived, she became irate, SCREAMING & SWEARING at me, threatening to SUE me for my asking anyone else about her work. She aggressively tried to fix the dress by yanking hard on it to flatten it out as much as possible so she could stage a photo as her proof, and insisted it was perfect. I was too uncomfortable at that point & decided I had to leave. She grabbed the dress and tried to withhold it, but I got it back and left.I contacted ***** for a dispute. The original alteration was poor, and the confrontation was unprofessional. The dress was taken up by 3" instead of 1", making it too short as well. I need a refund to go have someone else fix it right.
