      On Friday, 3 January 2025, I went to Stanfa Tire and Auto approximately 12:30 p.m. I merely wanted a plug to fix my slowly leaking left front tire. My vehicle ,always taken back to the dealer for regular service, had not given me any trouble whatsoever: I explicitly requested repair of the left front tire. I waited at Stanfa for the repair.The proprietor approached me after approximate one hour and a half He voiced confusion about which tire needed repair (I had purchased a tire from this Stanfa shop approximately six months ago (the right rear tire), and the proprietor mentioned said purchase. I again informed, as I informed him when I entered the shop, that the left front tire needed repair:From all indications, the ******* mistook, due to misinformation, which tire needed repair because the proprietor asked me again after the work began, which tire needed repair.SOON AFTER DEPARTING Stanfa, HAVING PAID FOR THE TIRE REPAIR, MY VEHICLE BEGAN TO OVERHEAT! MY VEHICLE NEVER BEFORE OVERHEATED.I ALLEGE THAT THE MISINFORMED AND ANGERED ******* DELIBERATELY TAMPERED WITH MY VEHICLE TO CAUSE THE VEHICLE TO OVERHEAT.

      Hi, Mr. ************ you for taking the time to leave us a review and feedback. I'm sorry to hear about your negative experience with us.I investigated the issue and understand that you came in for a flat repair on your driver front tire, but our mechanic misunderstood and removed the driver rear tire. Afterward, we did clarify with you that you came in for repair on your driver front tire, and we corrected our mistake, did the repair on the correct tire, and remounted both driver side tires. I apologize for the inconvenience and for our misunderstanding.We received a text from you soon after you left that you were happy with our service and welcoming atmosphere, which you retracted a couple hours later saying that your vehicle was now running hot, and that you believed that we caused that issue on purpose.Please understand that tire repairs do not require our mechanics to open the hood, and that nothing else besides the two driver side tires were touched on your vehicle while it was being serviced here. We take the treatment of our customers very seriously, and would not tamper with a vehicle out of malice or frustration over a miscommunication. Our store manager responded to your texts, asking for clarification on how your vehicle began to run hot, and offered to speak to you about it over the phone to potentially offer a solution to your problem.Again, I apologize for your negative experience - misunderstandings happen, and we do our best to correct them. We performed the tire repair that you came in for, and we did it to your satisfaction; however, we did nothing to intentionally cause your vehicle to run hot.If there is anything we can do for you in the future, please feel free to call.
