    Re: The Bartech Group: Claim denied. Our vehicle incurred immediate damages (inner cuts) on both the right front and rear tires moments after running over a steel plate at the site where work was being performed by the construction company The Bartech Group. This incident cause a rippling effect of cost to several people involved. The expense incurred was a tow, missed work and had purchased new tires at a local tire shop nearby. This was a 2020 Madza Toring with little to no tire wear.I've called the BarTech Group office and left messages numerous times. I also spoke to an employee 3 weeks ago who knew of the claim and referred me to ********************* (Chief of Staff) regarding the incident.. No call back has been made. We are asking for reimbursement of $500 for the tire repair only. We have exhibited video footage, receipts, photos, and witnesses. Apparently they have no intentions of making good on the damages to our 2 right tires caused by their construction steel plate on the ground that buckled up when you ran over it. The claim was filed in July 2022. We pay too much taxes to be neglected and ignored. The *************** which the client has denied the claim as well.
