I hired this business to do a kitchen and bathroom upgrade to a condo as well as paint for the entire unit except one bathroom. I paid the deposit in May. The work is STILL not complete despite him being paid 90% of total. Appliances not installed, paint imperfections all throughout, holes in my walls, outlet covers missing, cabinet hardware missing, a whole bathroom sink and vanity missing and no explanation at all. They are never there when promised. They have continuously lied to me about when the work will be completed and now I have to seek out another contractor because when he finally did have someone working he had them in the building after hours when he was specifically told they had to be out of the building by 4 everyday and ***** can be working on the weekends. Now I am subject to be fined because they broke the rules. He took all his equipment and then didnt show up when he was supposed to be there to install appliances. I had to take off work so that they didnt return my delivery. I want my money back for the work he did not complete so that I can find someone dependable and who can keep their word and not break condo association rules. Im also missing income because I have renters waiting for the unit to be complete and he has not fulfilled his contract with me. He quoted me 60 days.its now been over 100 days.
