      They installed a pool for our family. The equipment they installed was damaged. We had severe leaks in our pool and they refuse to come out and install a new liner for us. They said it’s not covered under warranty even though the pool wasn’t used once they installed it. They won’t respond to emails at this point. We’ve already been in contact with an attorney.

      5:54 624) ****************** Image is being processed.On Sunday, 1/19/2025 between 1:30-1:40 pm, their commercial aired on the ***/**** TV station. I wanted to buy the exact massage chair seen in their commercial for $989 cash as stated.I'm disabled and recovering from surgery and was not able to go to the store. I tried calling the store to find help with no luck, so l left a message on their website chat to complain. I spoke to **** who is in the ************************ He told me that the commercial from his advertising department sent out the wrong commercial to be aired.I sent him the screenshot I took from their commercial. He tried to have his General Manager send me their screenshot version of the commercial fabricated with the massage chair (recliner chair) they have on sale. I told him that is not fair and it was false representation. He tried selling me a floor model massage chair he claims is similar to the one in the commercial but in brown that they have on sale but will do me a favor and sell it to me for that price of $989. I had to see if it would fit through my door in my condo and get back to him. I spoke to BBB and the *********************** and they state that I should ask for the floor model of the exact one in the commercial. Days passed and he called and left me a message that he is going on vacation and will be back in a week but they are waiting for a part to fix the chair he was selling me.Why is he trying to sell me a broken chair? Plus, I tried calling him and left him messages to call back and everyone I spoke to said his name is **** **** who is the President. He lied and tried to mislead me 3 times.1. Stated that the commercial I saw was aired by mistake and had his General Manager send me a fabricated screenshot.2. The floor model massage chair he was selling me is fully functional.3. His name is **** ***** but his General Manager and several staff members say the person I was dealing with is **** **** (The President).

      We have purchased 2 spas from Great escape and both arrived damaged. Several years ago we bought a Viking Spa which when initially filled with water leaked from every side. We were told the joints were not tightened correctly from the factory and the entire spa had to be replaced before our first use. The replacement was troublesome and frequent leaks led to years of recurring maintenance well beyond the warranty at great expense to us. In 2023 we returned to Great Escape, we were told that the Viking was an inexpensive and thus poor-quality spa and that if we upgraded to a more expensive model, we would be happy. On 10/13/2023 we took delivery of a new Sundance Spa. The installation involved to using a crane and modifying the deck for the new Spa. A condition that we discussed with our salesperson at length before making the purchase.Upon the first filling, this spa also leaked. The Great Escape, Authorized Spa Tech, came out to inspect the spa and determined that it could not be fixed and would need to be replaced. We were notified that we could no longer exchange that spa for that price and had to spend an additional $2,200 to upgrade to a more expensive Cameo model. This resulted in my having to hire a crane to remove and reinstall the replacement spa at my expense. The new spa was delivered 2/24/2024. We took initial delivery and in October of 2023 and have only been able to use the spa for six months **************) while continuing to make payments for just about a year. Now the Spa has been out of service for the entire month of September. The entire experience has been unacceptable.

      Recently purchased a pool, we decided to finance the pool with ***** Fargo, which worked out great! We were approved for a certain amount which we were fine with, we told the sales person we Will pay cash for the difference , well! The employee decided to request a credit limit increase with out my authorization !! Not only once but twice! So now my credit got pulled 3 times ! 1 approved by me!! Not the other two. I had told the employee i was paying cash for the difference, it is ilegal to run credit with out permission / authorization. Very upset and mad!!.

      I have been going to Great Escape in ******* for 18 years and have honestly never had a bad experience. They have made having a pool such a pleasure - if I have a problem they help me figure it out ASAP Could not do it without them

      ***** was very helpful and friendly. I enjoyed working with her to fill my needs. The delivery guys were great !! Friendly. Pleasant accommodating. Put everything together. Did a wonderful job !!!

      My experience with the Great Escape was great. The salesman was very knowledgeable about the swimming pools. He also took time to explain each above ground swimming pool models and all the equipment that comes with their pool packages and answered all of our questions. I would Highly recommend The Great Escape for your pool purchase.

      It was wonderful. We were greeted at the door by awesome Jewel. We enjoyed walking through the showroom and seeing all the new product. My mother's first time in the store and she was thrilled to buy some of your beautiful drinking glasses. ***** went and grabbed the chemicals and filter we came in for and the staff at the checkout counter took care of us with friendly, prompt service. Great experience at the Great Escape!
