    Big star transit made me late for an important appointment yesterday. Now I have to wait another month to get another appointment at the doctors office. I've had problem with them in the past. On man yelled at me because I couldn't come out of the doctors office on time. He was acting so unprofessional that my dr had to talk to him. I'm always the first to get picked up and the last to get dropped off as well.

    This company does not care about their drivers being under the influence. Called and complained about it and no sense of care about the patients safety.
