We were recommended to hire ** ********/ Circle T Construction by Bucheits out of ***********. On 2/20/25, ** ******** started our project and was paid $2,500 upfront. ** walked away from the job on 3/11/25 unwilling to fix damage or complete any of the listed scope of work on the estimate. At this point, we have 4 rooms without electric, no water and an exterior light that is no longer working. Our house has been without a sink and full functioning electric for over 4 weeks. He explained he would hire a licensed electrician to fix the work that 2 of his employees incorrectly installed. They took down a load bearing wall without pulling county permits. The licensed electrician who he had stated would come out to look at the job will not travel to this location and ********************* is unwilling to fork the bill to send another licensed electrician out to look at the unfinished work he left. Upon his last day he asked for another payment of which we declined. Unhappy with our response declining any additional payments, he leaves our house without any further communication. I have also learned that he called Bucheits (who didnt tell us directly) and stated he was walking away from the job and then 2 days later cashed another check for additional labor he never intended to finish. I am disappointed that Bucheits is not willing to provide support for their recommendation of this licensed and bonded contractor. The cabinets he attempted to install have been assessed and unfortunately need to be reinstalled due to improper leveling. We fear our house is a hazard due to the load bearing wall he removed as we are noticing cracks in our ceiling. We fear our safety is at risk with The electrical he attempted to do. Our house is not functioning with proper lighting causing a hazardous environment when climbing stairs. Weve noticed electrical circuits tripping as we continue to use other additional outlets. We paid a total of $3,100 to ** for labor and he has blocked our cells.

On Feb 20th, 2025, I noticed the electric and wiring was messed up, nothing was marked, range was disconnected, and consumer turned off the breaker for the stove, however it was marked incorrectly which is unsafe. The consumer also wanted to disconnect some outlets while power is off and that was not wired correctly. They complained about not having water for weeks. They had access to water from other outlets, like the dishwasher and shower. They complained about not having a kitchen sink; however, the much-needed countertop was on backorder for over a month. During this whole interaction, I verbally let the consumer know the problems that were present. I have a receipt of a down payment of $2500 Kitchen Remodel for starting the project. I hauled 2 loads trash out at $100 a piece and didn't get reimbursed for that. I removed and replaced 300 sqft flooring and trim for $600 on 3/11/2025, which I have a receipt. I request that do not have further contact with the customer, as they have trash talked and harassed me and my business.
