**** took our card number when he never intended to do any work. He bait and switched us. I posted looking for someone to mow our pasture in March before grass was growing. He contacted us and said he would come do an estimate. He came to do one and we approved one for the pasture. He sent us a scheduled date (April 8th) and the night before, on April 7th, sent me a link asking us to add our card to file so he can come cut the next morning. That next morning, he sends a text saying his equipment is in the shop (How did it get into the shop overnight?) So he says he's going to come out the next week to cut. A week passes and he said his equipment is still in the shop. He sends me a list of recommendations. He claimed they were fellow providers and could help. None of them serviced our area. I asked if he still planned on cutting it at all, because the grass was getting tall now. At this point, it had been 3 weeks that he lead us on. He read the text and didn't reply to me for 3 days. My husband called the bank and canceled our card because he came off as a fraud. I asked why he wasn't responding and told him the grass is getting tall. He finally replied on day 4 : " Yeah I can't do it now. It doesn't make sense for me to buy the equipment to do one property and besides, I was hoping to do your entire property, not just the pasture. If you decide you want me to do the entire property for 200 a week, well reconsider. Your card isn't an issue. No concerns for me there" ....Yeah, no concerns for you. We waited on Plum Creek lawncare for weeks before he told us he was never coming. He contacted us and proposed the estimate that was just for a pasture. We approved. He flaked on us after it grew so tall nobody will do it now and we have to pay $800 for someone to brush hog it. Shane on **** ****** from Plum Creek Lawncare. He is a liar and a scam artist.
