      I called to come look at backup in my basement. they fixed the problem rodding out pipes. **** was my technician very nice man, extremely polite. I would recommend them, It happened at night and they came out the very next day.

      This company is heartless and a rip off. I had a claim through my home warranty for a new water heater and the company they used Center Guard Plumbing. The technician's they sent tried to make me purchase a power vent that I never had before and didn't need, this was told to me after they had already installed the new water heater and it wasn't working properly. They left the new water heater that wasn't working and told me I had to purchase a power vent at an additional $1,075.00. I then contacted Choice Home Warranty only to get the run around and a denial for the power vent. I explained to them also that I never had and didn't need the power vent and that I just wanted a water heater that was comparable to what I had, which didn't need a power vent. The case manager basically told me that was nothing they could do and suggested I find another plumber to come and Complete the installation. Please don't use this company!!!

      Center Guard installed my new water heater but refuse to give me an itemized bill to submit to my insurance. I have called numerous times and get promises to send bill but it has been 14 days. The invoice the technicon gave me was not itemized...just gave the grand total which was astronomical!

      They have done work for us in the past and we had thought their work was good. Unfortunately we had a problem with a repair they did to our kitchen sink and our calls went unanswered for 4 days. We ended up having to call Home Warranty because the leak got so bad our laundry room (down stairs) was flooded too. Forget these people if they can't even call back to see what the issue is. Try checking your messages once in awhile.

      Center Guard Plumbing and ******************* are awesome! We had main line sewer stoppage/clog on 12/23/2022. They arrived has scheduled on 12/26/2022. **** did the job properly and used two augers to ensure the job was done properly. We really appreciate your professionalism and cannot recommend Center Guard Plumbing enough! THANK YOU **** and Center Guard Plumbing.
