    I HAVE BEEN A CUSTOMER FOR ALOT OF YEARS AND BOUGHT ALOT BATTERYS FROM THEM . AND ONLY HADE 1 BATTERY THAT DIDNT LAST THE 3 YEARS IT WAS WARRENTY FOR. AND THEY TOOK CARE OF IT NO PROBLEM. BUT ON 9-21-24 HAD A BATTERY THAT WENT BAD JUST 6 DAYS SHORT OF THE 3 YEARS WARRENTY. IT WOULDNT START MY CAR 2 TIMES THAT WEEK DEAD AS A DOOR NAIL. AND IN ARIZONA YOUR LUCK TO GET 3 YEARS OUT OF ONE HEAR BECAUSE OF THE EXTEAM HEAT. SO I HAD TO GET SOMEONE TO COME AND GET ME AT 2AM TO GET HOME . SO I PUT IT ON MY BATTERY TESTER IT DISPLAYED DEAD BAD CELL REPLACE. SO THE NEXT DAY I TOOK IT TO ORIELLYS TO GET A ONOTHER BATTERY IT STILL HAD 6 DAYS LEFT ON THE WARRENTY. THEY MEANNING TREVOR THE ASSOCIATE PUT A TESTER ON IT HE SAID IT WAS JUST LOW AND WOULD NOT WARRENTY ME A NEW ONE. SAID ME TO TRY TO TRY CHARGING IT TO SEE IF THAT WAS THE PROBLEM I TOLD HIM IT HAD OLREADY BEEN RECHARGED 2 TIMES THIS WEEK AND MY CAR GOT STRANDED WHY WOOULD I KEEP DOOING THAT MAYBE SO MY WARRENTY WOULD RUN OUT MAYBE!!!!! SO I TOOK IT TO AUTOZONE AROUND THE CORNER AND THEY PUT IT ON THE TEST MACHINE AND IT SAID BAD CELL REPLACE AS MY AT HOME SAID. SO I HAD TO BUY ANOTHER BATTERY THAT COST $283.65 THAT I SHOULD NOT HAVE HAD TO PAY. SO AFTER THAT I WENT BACK TO ORIELLYS TO GET THE NAME OF THE MANAGERS NAME AND NUMBER THE ASSOCIATES NAME TREVOR. HE TOLD ME TO TALK TO THE MANAGER DAVE AND HE TOLD ME THAT SO OF THE LOCATIONS MIGHT WARRENTY THE BATTERY SOME MIGHT NOT JUST DEPENDS ON THE LOCATION OR MAYBE OR MAYBE WHAT MOOD THE MIGHT BE IN I GUESS. NETHER TRVOR OR THE MANAGER SEEMED TO GIVE A DAM OR WHETHER OR NOT IF I WAS TO CALL THEIR CORPOATE OFFICES. SO I CALLED THEM THEY WERE NOT HAPPY WITH WHAT I TOOK THEM AND TOOK MY INFORMATION DOWN . I GUESS THE WANTED ME TO HANG ON TO THE BAD BATTERY LEAVE MY CAR STRANDED ON THE SIDE OF THE ROAD UNTIL THEY COULD LOOK IN TO IT. I GUESS EACH OF THE THEIR LOCATIONS DOING THINGS AS THEY SEE FIT A CORDING THE CORPORATE OFFICES. YOU CANT TRUST THEM ANY MORE OUT $283.65
