      Rental date 11/10 -11/13 Conf # *********** I was originally given an estimated amount for my rental of $282.00. Upon pickup of the rental vehicle, my credit card was charged $540.23. I assumed this amount included the $200 deposit which was stated at the pick-up desk when I checked in to pick up my rental vehicle. Once I returned the rental vehicle, my credit card was charged the full amount of $540.23. I contacted Budgets customer service. I spoke with a representative by the name of ******. Call ref # ******. I explained to him that I was being charged several additional fees including an upgrade, which I did not receive. My reservation was for a small SUV which is what I was given, I was then charged a fuel fee, which was incorrect as the vehicle was returned on a full tank. I was charged 34.99 loss damage waiver fee, which I was told would be removed since I did not approve nor agree to it. I told the young lady who checked me in that I was using my auto insurance along with my travel credit card insurance (which covers rental vehicles) and only agreed to the liability coverage under Budget. Per ******, he reviewed my rental agreement and told me that he would have these charges removed as they are not accurate. I was told my corrected balance would be $328.78. As of today, I am not being charged an additional $200 by Budget for a fee that no one can explain to me. Even more confusing is that my credit card shows a credit from Budget of $138.61. So according to my calculations, my three-day rental of a small SUV is now costing me a total of $601.62. The vehicle was returned in the same condition as when I took possession of it.
