    Made an online order to Springfield, MO Crumbl Cookies May 3, 2024. Drive to North Glenstone location and they say they have no order. They offered to ‘sell’ me a product i had already paid for and I declined. Why should I pay twice for this order?

    After months of communication, the Springfield, MO store contacted corporate. They found the online order erroneously got routed to Springfield, IL.

    From the contact information they provided, I made contact with the Springfield, IL store. Now, after supplying the required information; they have stopped responding!

    ******* ******** accidently placed an online order on May 2, 2024 for the wrong state. Crumbl is a franchise and therefore our computer systems only have access to orders placed for that specific location. The Crumbl location the order was intended for was unable to find her order in that system for this reason. Once the correct location was learned, our Regional Manager asked ******* for more information such as the date she placed this order so we could issue her a refund. Unfortunately, the wrong date waws given which led to us not finding her order in the system. Since then, we have found her in the system, given her a refund (please see attached proof), as well a offered her $30 of free cookies. We are unsure why a further complaint was made to BBB.
