    Office visited on 11/21 for application of permanent crown. After crown was put in place I asked the hygienist what would be required if my lower retainer no longer fit. I was advised that I could call the office and an they could rescan my mouth to get a new retainer. That night I attempted to apply my retainer and was unable to because of the size of the new crown.

    I called the office the next morning and was advised that I could not be seen for two weeks to complete the scan. I voiced my concern with this delay as my retainer can be tight on my teeth after not wearing for just a few days. I was advised they'd try to get me in earlier if possible.

    After calling the office again to voice my concern they were able to get me in on 11/30. I was advised that the new retainer would take another 2 weeks to get to me after the scan was complete. I again voiced my concern as this pushed not wearing a retainer out to over 3 weeks. I spoke with Dr ****** who was unbothered by my concern and advised I could do Invisalign again if my teeth shifted. This would come out a substantial cost to me approximately $3,000+

    This response was totally tone deaf to the situation at hand. Had someone advised me to bring my retainer to test fit after the crown was installed the day of the procedure the scan could have been done that day. Instead, I had to wait over 3 weeks to receive a new retainer and now my bite has shifted because my teeth have moved.

    My request is to have my teeth realigned to where they were prior to the crown being installed at no additional cost with services done by another location.
