    I have Dental work performed and they mistakenly charged me under my old ***** Dental insurance instead of the new ***** Insurance plan. The was a several hundred-dollar variance. This happened late last summer. They were holding the credit to apply to future visits. Since that I have had my teeth cleaned but have never received an EOB from ***** Dental.

    I have called Renken at least four times within the last three weeks, each time being promised a call back. Supposedly today it was escalated to a lead to call me back. When I called today, I requested to speak to a supervisor.

    I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ********* and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me.atment/procedure. Called Hwy 29 3
    times Dec 12: timed out, leave info will call in 24-48 business hours, at 8
    hrs/day is 3-8 calendar days. Called ******** **, timed out, drove to office, explained
    all of above, wanted to cancel May appointment, could not find my name or
    appointment. 2 phone messages before I got home, second from *** ** ******* ****** $0 balance, called, timed out, called again to see if had appointment
    there in May, no, obviously was not made at either office by *** ** on Nov 29.
