    I took a coat to Starcrest on Conestoga for a quote. The employee quoted me $15.75, so I left it for cleaning. When I picked up the coat, they charged me $18.95. I questioned the charge and the employee told me that the first employee had input the item incorrectly into the computer. After asking for a refund of $3.20, I was denied because the computer wouldn't let her do that. (You honestly can't/don't know how to void a transaction?) I asked for a manager or owner. None available. She called the owner, who never returned her call.
    $3.20 is 20% more than the quoted price.
    $3.20 would have been a good tip for a waitress, had I decided to treat myself to dinner at a restaurant.
    An extra $3.20 for each item of clothing left by customers while I was patiently waiting (20 minutes) would be $22.40.
    $3.20 is how much it costs to lose a customer and discourage many others from patronizing your business!
